YOGA DAY 2023

Greetings from the Thiruvananthapuram Branch of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

As informed earlier, our branch is planning a “Yoga Class” at the International Yoga Day Celebration i.e. on 21st June 2023 (Wednesday).

Following are the details for your information:

Time: 5.00 pm to 6.30 pm. (Strict adherence to the time is suggested)

Venue : ICAI Bhawan, Thiruvananthapuram

Instructor: Yashpal Singh, Director, Sivananda Ashram.

Dress code: Trousers and a T-Shirt (basically loose and comfortable clothing).

Note: The Branch will provide Yoga mats to participants on a first come first serve basis.

Participants are requested to avoid food after 2.00 pm.

All members and their families are cordially invited to attend the class.
